Unlike many childcare agencies, Safehands Network do not require you to be a member, you can simply pick up the phone call 0844 8482810 or fill in the online booking form. Our current rates for customers who do not wish to join as a Safehands Network member are listed below.

Easy to understand rates
We charge one national rate, 7 days per week with the exception of Bank Holidays.
Joining membership fee – for an annual membership fee of £55.00 you will be able to access of network of experience babysitters nationwide at a reduced hourly rate.
Members rate - £7.55 per hour (£6.00 per hour paid to babysitters) + *£1.55 per hour booking charge
Non-Members Rate - £12.05 per hour (£6.00 per hour paid to babysitter) plus *£6.05 per hour booking charge. Please note a £2.50 non refundable booking charge is made on all non member bookings.
2 families sharing
- Member £11.30 (£9.00 per hour to the carer)
- Non Member £18.05 (£9.00 per hour to the carer)
*Booking charges include VAT
Additional Notes on Memberships
Your family can have access to experienced and fully vetted babysitters for only £55.00 per year. Our annual membership costs £55 paid as a one off fee for 12 months. Every time you book a babysitter, you will only pay £1.55 per hour for the agency fee instead of our standard agency fee rate of £6.05 per hour, giving you a saving of £4.50 per hour (minimum of 4 hours per booking)
*Babysitters on the Safehands register are not employed by the company, therefore, responsibility will not be accepted for carers cancelling or not turning up to a booking. However, in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to find a replacement but no guarantees can be made.
These prices are applicable for areas outside the M25, Ottershaw and Egham where the hourly rate is £7
